About Sonoma
Sonoma is one of California’s most historic towns. Its eight-acre Plaza, a National Historic Landmark, is where the Bear Flag Revolt took place in 1846, and just across the street stands Mission San Francisco Solano, founded in 1823 as the last and northernmost of California’s 21 missions.
Today the Plaza is ringed with tasting rooms, shops and restaurants, the valley around it is planted with world-famous vineyards, and the town still keeps the easygoing, small-town feel that makes people fall for it on their first visit.

About Tacos Costa Sonoma
Tacos Costa Sonoma is a family-owned Mexican food truck run by Juan and Maria Escobar, who started the business in 2016. Their roots are in Michoacán, Mexico, where the family has been cooking for more than four decades, and the whole story began with a young boy learning to make tacos from his father.
That tradition shows up on every plate: tortillas warmed on the plancha, 14 fillings to choose from, four house salsas, and favorites like quesabirria, the Super Burrito and our namesake Costa Burrito.
