We’re Tacos Costa Sonoma, Juan and Maria Escobar’s food truck on Sonoma Highway. Since 2016 we’ve been cooking Michoacán-inspired tacos, quesabirria and burritos from family recipes that go back more than 40 years.

DoorDash is the biggest name in U.S. food delivery, and the convenience is real. But convenience has a price, and on marketplace apps a big share of it is paid quietly, by you and by the restaurant.
Delivery marketplaces can charge restaurants up to 30% commission on every order, plus about 3% for credit card processing, then add a fee of up to 15% to the person ordering. All in, that can reach 48%. When you order direct from us, you pay one small fee, and that’s it. The restaurant pays no commission, which is how we keep the same menu prices you’d pay calling or visiting the truck.
