Tacos Costa Sonoma is family-owned and has served the Sonoma Valley since 2016. Our idea of “premium” is simple: Michoacán family recipes, fillings sizzled on the plancha, and four house salsas made to match.

Caviar is part of DoorDash, which bought it in 2019. A polished app experience is nice, but the economics behind marketplace orders work the same way: fees stack up on both sides of the counter.
Delivery marketplaces can charge restaurants up to 30% commission on every order, plus about 3% for credit card processing, then add a fee of up to 15% to the person ordering. All in, that can reach 48%. When you order direct from us, you pay one small fee, and that’s it. The restaurant pays no commission, which is how we keep the same menu prices you’d pay calling or visiting the truck.
