About Boyes Hot Springs
Boyes Hot Springs sits along Sonoma Highway in the heart of the Sonoma Valley, part of the cluster of neighborhoods locals simply call “the Springs.” The community takes its name from the natural hot mineral springs discovered here in the late 1800s, which turned the area into a popular resort escape for visitors from San Francisco.
The spa tradition still lives on at the historic Sonoma Mission Inn, but these days the Springs is better known as a lively, close-knit neighborhood full of family-run shops, markets and places to eat, all just a couple of miles north of the Sonoma Plaza.

Tacos Costa Sonoma is a family-owned food truck at 18627 Sonoma Hwy, practically on your doorstep. Owners Juan and Maria Escobar opened in 2016, bringing a family cooking tradition from Michoacán, Mexico, that goes back more than four decades.
Being local means we cook for people we see every day. Every taco starts with a warm tortilla off the plancha, your pick of 14 fillings, onions, cilantro and one of our four house salsas, made exactly the way you order it.
